Suzanne is an incredible custom Web site designer. I know this because of what people are saying about my site and what my statistics are representing. Before Suzanne created a new site for me, my old site was getting 1 to 2 leads per month. My new Point2Agent site now brings in 60-100 leads per month. In fact, it is bringing in so many leads that I can't possibly handle them all, so I'm in the process of bringing 3 more agents on board right now. My business is at the beginning of such a huge landslide that I can easily imagine having several hundred agents working with me. The quality of my leads has also increased dramatically. For instance, I needed to have a program written with an .asp extension modified so that I could use it on my web site. Suzanne was able to orchestrate the transition seamlessly. WOW!!!! San Diego Homes by the Sea is very impressive ... and the sights and sounds of San Diego heard 'round the country this time of year may inspire some people to move in Chris' direction.

I went out and got a Point2Agent setup for our office in PA this week and I cannot even begin to say how excited, thrilled, and happy I am to be working with it. This platform has EVERYTHING going for it ... with template content delivery that the search engine spiders just DIE for!!! I am taking some of their training next week to work with different aspects of the program to tweak it to PERFECTION!!!

They even have BLOGS built right into the program ... and wonderful listing presentations, flyer production, and all components are fully customizable. I congratulate Chris Lewis on a job well done ...

Suzanne Stephens has redesigned my Point2 Web site and as Hubert Humphrey used to say "I'm as pleased as punch". I was going nowhere trying to make it more attractive and content filled and had sense enough (finally) to decide not to keep floundering around. It went from a Google page rank of 2 to 3 immediately. I think it is much easier to navigate and would welcome any comment from the group. I am now working with Cherie Young, an associate of Suzanne's, on search engine optimization and pay per click.

I do "fee for service" or real estate à la carte and I realize some will have differing opinions on my business model, but it works for me. I'm at the stage of life where I want to make a modest living and have time to enjoy my grandchildren; I'm not trying to set the world on fire. In any case, Suzanne has been wonderful to work with, very responsive and helpful with her suggestions for text revisions.

She was able to create a Web site that is unique and fits my relaxed, casual  style, but is professional enough to impress high end clients.
